limited breakfast elevator malfunction
The breakfast was really the pits. Mountains of bread, but no sausages! watermelon was the only fruit. also, i was on the 7th floor, and the elevators were out of service for two days! celebrities must stay active, i guess

a decent experience
polite staff extra pillows extended checkout decent gym cold pool creepy space
the staff were very polite and helpful. they provided extra pillows when i requested them. extending our checkout time was also appreciated by me.
The gym looked decent. I did not use it. the pool was in the basement and cold. i felt uncomfortable swimming alone in a creepy space.

friendly staff free shuttle
The staff was friendly. A free shuttle to the main square was available, very convenient.. I found it clean. The minibus to Taxsim Square was really useful and free!
The bed wasn't great, being too soft for my liking.

modern equipment hourly shuttle helpful staff
The gym had modern equipment. I saw three treadmills. It included two stationary bikes. The hourly shuttle to Taksim Square was a great convenience. The staff were helpful.
The elevator was a bit slow at peak times.
